The calculator
The US fuel-cost and hypothetical commute comparison calculator runs locally in your browser. Its money figures use USD; its driving calculations use miles, US liquid gallons and US mpg. Changing calculator values does not submit or save those values. Results are illustrative, not verified savings or emissions reporting. No US enterprise price is quoted.
Workplace interest is voluntary
If you choose to register workplace interest, we collect the employer or organization name you enter, an optional workplace city and state, and whether you would consider sharing a journey with an approved colleague. We do not ask for home addresses, routes, employee IDs or salary.
How it is used
Employer and locality information helps EzFlow identify workplaces where better commuting options may be useful and may inform our business development. It is treated as self-reported, unverified interest.
Your employer will not see your response
Individual employee responses are not disclosed to their employers. Workplace interest counts are not published.
Contact is optional
Employees may register workplace interest without sharing contact details. If you separately request a reply, your name and email are required, and you may optionally provide a phone number and a short message. We do not subscribe you to newsletters.
No enrollment in carpooling
Submitting interest does not enroll you in any live carpooling or transport service.
Employer inquiries and contact requests
The employer inquiry collects workplace information and an optional request to speak with EzFlow. We store submitted contact details, including optional phone and message, only with consent to contact. Campaign source information (such as UTM tags) may accompany a voluntary submission.
US privacy review
This notice is a draft for a US-facing site. Applicable US state privacy requirements, retention terms, international processing or transfers, and other required disclosures must be reviewed and approved before public marketing.
Access, correction and deletion
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law, by emailing info@ezflowe.com.
